How much home can I afford
Use your income, your debts, and a rate you type. The two prices are guides, not a promise of what you can borrow.
The sketch shows up here after you type a rate and the other numbers.
From the numbers you typed. That sum is not a quoted payment, not an APR, and not an offer. It is not a payment First Lending Solutions offers, not a rate lock, and not a finding that you qualify. This page is not an offer of credit. Approval is required.
Questions
Do you fill in a rate?
No. The rate box starts empty. Type a rate you want to test. It is not our rate.
What do the two prices mean?
They are a tighter guide and a wider guide for the loan type you picked. The assumptions sit under the numbers. They are not limits we offer and not an approval.
Does this include mortgage insurance or a VA funding fee?
Conventional and FHA sketches can include an illustration of mortgage insurance, and the note says which factor was used. The VA funding fee is not added. HUD and the VA set the real factors.
Is this an offer of credit?
No. This page is not an offer of credit. Approval is required. The result is not a quoted payment, not an APR, and not a finding that you qualify.
